The Size We Sent, Did Not Fit You !!

The product can be returned/replaced within 7 days (size issues), 48 hours (damaged /defective product) from the date of delivery provided it is in unused/unworn condition with its original box & tags (if any) intact.

It is compulsory to initiate return via email to info@elizabethyh.com within the timeframe mentioned above.

Process Flow For Return /Replacement:

1. Size issue
Though the chances of misfit are rare as we follow standard sizing system. If you are unsure of your feet size (cms/inches), we request you to refer to our size chart.

If in case, size issue occurs, you need to notify us via email to  “ info@elizabethyh.com ” within 7 days of product delivery. we shall arrange a replacement once the original product is received at our warehouse in unused/unworn condition in the original box with tags (if any) intact.

If in case the required size or design is not available, we would initiate REFUND of the entire amount. YOU SHALL RECEIVE REFUNDED AMOUNT WITHIN 7 BANK WORKING DAYS.


The customer has to bear the reverse shipping charges.
If for any reason product is torn, parts missing or damaged, ELIZABETH yh would not be responsible & we have full right to not initiate either return or refund.

2.   Defective/Damaged product. 

 Chances of receiving a damaged product is negligible as we ensure the product is checked MULTIPLE TIMES before it leaves our warehouse.

Still if the product you receive is in damaged condition/ parts missing etc. You are requested to notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery via email @”info@elizabethyh.com”.
In this case as an exception we would refund you the reverse shipping cost, you are required to share photograph or screenshot of the receipt from the courier/postage facility via email.

A replacement of the same product (design & size) shall be initiated at our end. It will be shipped to you within 7-10 working days.

In case the required size or design is not available, we would initiate REFUND of the entire amount. YOU SHALL RECEIVE REFUNDED AMOUNT WITHIN 7 BANK WORKING DAYS.

Money Back In The Following Scenarios

  1. We will refund the entire amount if its is cancelled by you within 24 hours of order placed.
  2. Due to some error if a product appears to be available & actually it is out of stock, you place your order. In such circumstance, we will notify you at the earliest that order cannot be dispatched. The order will be cancelled & we will refund you the entire amount.
  3. If there is a request for replacement by you & the required product is not available at our facility. We will refund the entire amount upon receiving the original product from you. The reverse shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer except in case of defective/damaged product as mentioned above.

NOTE: Products Sent To Our Warehouse Without Prior Notification Will Not Be Accepted & ELIZABETH Yh Will Not Be Liable For Any Replacement Or Refund.
